Our classic Click Clacks hinge / Clic Clack hinge has served customers for nearly 20 years. However, due to large futon sofa frame tolerances, transit deformation, and excessive upholstery resistance, the old weak-tension-spring Futon sofa bed mechanism occasionally resulted in unclear, inaccurate locking positions.

The update replaces the small tension spring with a high-torque torsion spring, effectively eliminating these issues for a consistently smooth, reliable user experience.
